Hi, I’m Marilena—an artist, graphic designer and environmental science student based in Vienna

Drawing has always been my way of processing the world—a way to slow down, make sense of things, and hold onto moments of wonder. I’m deeply inspired by nature, animals, mythology, and the quiet strangeness of everyday life.

I studied graphic design and physics, and I’m currently completing my master’s degree in environmental science with a focus on ecological systems and sustainability. My work lives at the intersection of art and science—blending curiosity, storytelling, and careful craft.
